Cancellation Policy
I require a credit card on file to secure all appointment bookings. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. Please give the courtesy of 48 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations. I reserve the right to process the card on file the full cost of services for no call/no show appointments as well as any cancellations not made prior to 48 hours. Thank you for understanding!
